Shipping & Returns

Retail orders will be shipped (unless otherwise agreed) within 24 working hours (i.e. Mon-Fri 10am-5pm BST). All UK retail orders are shipped free-of-carriage. International orders are all charged shipping. Please contact us for the best possible quote before buying. The website will tend to over calculate shipping, so please get in touch for the best price. Trade orders will be shipped (unless otherwise agreed) within 48 working hours at the best postage rate we can find for the weight.

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post (if in UK) or DPD/UPS if over 750gms (UK). International orders will be sent ad-hoc - please contact us for details.
